CONNECTING OUR PAST TO OUR FUTURE

Formerly known as Ora Nui Tahitian Dance Troupe,  we are now Anavai O Te Ora, "The River of Life," nourishing our future by perpetuating our heritage. We will continue to uphold our mission to share and perpetuate Polynesian cultures with communities across the PNW through our 'Ori Tahiti classes and Polynesian shows.

OUR CLASSES

OUR LEADERS

With over 30 years of combined Tahitian knowledge, our leaders immerse students in the Tahitian culture and values through movement and art. It is the mission of our leaders to ensure all Anavai students understand their responsibility as cultural keepers, and that we all work together to perpetuate and accurately represent Tahiti and its people.

Learn more about each of our leaders and their extensive backgrounds in Polynesian dance and arts.
